Brandon Wint
Brandon Wint is an experienced artist manager and music industry professional with a track record of successfully guiding high-profile talent and executing strategic growth initiatives.
As the founder and Director of Artist Management at OneLife Management., Brandon leverages his expertise to cultivate talent and drive their careers forward through innovative strategies. Since 2018, he has been instrumental in managing day-to-day operations for artists, including planning project releases, promoting music to record labels, securing sync licensing deals, and coordinating with teams on digital marketing, PR, and creative direction.
Brandon’s diverse background spans roles as a journalist at GRUNGECAKE, PR Coordinator at The Bellwether Agency, and Artist Manager at Magus Entertainment, where he honed his ability to build relationships with brands, radio personalities, and industry executives. His work includes managing international tours, securing sponsorships, and overseeing media coverage for major artists like Duran Duran and Davido. His expertise extends beyond music, with business development experience in real estate acquisition.

Brandon holds an MS in Biomedical Science from the University of Alabama, adding a unique analytical perspective to his creative and managerial skills.
Diana “ladidai” Umana
Diana “ladidai” Umana is a music-tech professional.
She began her career as a songwriter and was a recipient of the 2018 ASCAP Foundation Harold Adamson Lyric Award for Rhythm & Soul.
ladidai has been involved in several operations that champion independent music creators: HRDRV, an artist-first indie label; Gender Amplified, a nonprofit that champions female/ non-binary audio professionals; as well as a web3 music startup that onboarded web2 artists and their fans.
She has partnered with global brands like TikTok, Instagram, and TIDAL and has worked with stars like Ashanti and NERVO. ladidai has also spoken at universities, on podcasts, and during conferences from USC to SXSW.
She currently manages emerging and has her own community where she provides music industry opportunities and resources to rising artists and executives. She has been published in NYLON, Business Insider, REVOLT, and Yahoo. ladidai also consults creator economy startups, and co-hosts the Amazon-recognized Hear Us Out podcast. She is an active voting member of The Recording Academy NY Chapter and has her own community where she provides music industry opportunities and resources to rising artists and executives.
